Taylor Swift's musical monologue last night was an awkward open, but that's what teenagers do best: AWKWARD. "Monologue Song (La La La)" took stabs at "douchebags" that cheated on Taylor (read: Joe Jonas) and of course the Kanye jokes were plenty. Taylor's so shaky on stage that we were waiting for Kanye mentions to cut the tension. "We have a great show! Kanye West is not here!" Actually, Kanye would have made the show much, much better. Love when Babs asks if Kanye sent Taylor an email. Really? An e-mail. Make a diss track Taylor!!! Hook up with 50 and crush Ye. JUST DO IT! Update: Clearly, in Kanye's break from the spotlight, he must have been sitting at home watching The View (because that's what all rappers do in their down time), and actually called up Taylor to apologize. Damn, some publicist who just handed out Taylor's number...what if Ye was in a prank call mood?!
Kanye posted an apology to Taylor on his blog after he was asked to leave/kicked out/left on his own accord from the VMAs. Ummmmm... yeah. You're real REAL, bro. And tomorrow's actual apology will bring... much more ridiculousness from Ye.
