Lil Wayne seems to be thinking everytihng he touches turn to gold these days. All the Drake buzz and Weezy cosigns isn't gonna make a superstar out of this Degrassi grad. On the real, Wayne's track record isn't that great: Nikki Minaj, Currensy, Mack Maine, Tyga -- all preached to be the next best thing as the Young Money crew beefs up. Aside from minor radio play and blips on the rumor radar, Young Money hasn't cashed in on that big artist yet. So, Lil Wayne's frontin' all the bills and here comes Drake to save the family business. Drizzy's a rookie when it comes to wordplay and his stage delivery is still being worked on, yet this grand "bidding war" for Drake's signature has everyone expecting greatness. What comes of him will not be due Weezy's so-called magic touch, but more of a lucky draw if Drake makes the right deal.

And a total sidenote (not really): Lil Wayne expressing his man-crush on Kobe (HELLO, MAJOR PAUSE), epic fail and there goes the Laker's championship!
